Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify potential customers to achieve sales goals and business growth.

  • Ensure alignment with company objectives, effectively manage relationships with major clients, and provide excellent customer service.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, including pre-sales and post-sales support, to ensure customer needs are met.

  • Respond to and resolve customer issues, providing solutions to meet their needs.

  • Propose specific action plans to improve sales performance and identify potential growth opportunities.

  • Ensure timely submission of invoices for services provided or to be provided, as well as accounts receivable.

Requirements

  • Hold at least a diploma with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including sales management experience, or a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of sales experience, including sales management experience.

  • Have a minimum of two years of experience in business solution and service sales or equivalent experience in the IT consulting or software industry.

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.

  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as customer relationship management abilities.

  • Have outstanding market insight and the ability to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft business applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
