Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have an excellent communication skill, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. This role is essential in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's customer base.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies. Qualifications: Minimum SPM/Diploma required.1-2 years of experience in sales.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients (if applicable). Benefits: Competitive base salary RM2,000 – RM3,800Commission and bonuses.Opportunities for career advancement.
