The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in expanding our B2B distribution channels, building relationship with retail partners and driving company's revenue growth. Our ideal candidate is a fast learner and has great expectation of him/herself and is highly motivated to achieve sales target.
The key responsibilities of Sales Executive include:
Account Management and Development
-Managing and nurturing business relationships with key retailers.
-Collaborating with retail partners to expand outlet listings and reach.
-Collecting payment timely.
Lead Generation
-Prospecting new business opportunities with new retailers within the same channel.
-Expanding potential new channels by actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities .
Retail Marketing Initiatives
-Collaborating with retail partners to develop promotional strategies to increase sales.
-Working closely with the team to communicate promotional efforts through online and offline platforms.
-Visiting retail outlets on a regular basis to ensure sufficient stock replenishment.
Sales Analytics
-Monitoring and analysing sales performance of each account.
-Monitoring and analysing each promotional strategies with retailers.
-Providing sales report with insights, learnings and recommendations.
Trade Shows
-It is compulsory to participate at all company's trade shows within Kuala Lumpur and Johor. Additional remuneration and incentives will be provided.

; Requirements:- Job requirement:
-Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or any business-related field.
-At least 2 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales, Marketing or Business Development (Experience in the retail scene is a bonus).
-A proven history of successful lead generation, sales achievements and fostering successful business partnerships.
-Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales target.
-Strong communicator and problem solver.
-Great negotiation skills.
-Strong English literacy (Fluent in Mandarin / Bahasa speaking is a bonus).
-Owns and drives to work and travel for sales.
