Objectives of this role The objective of a Sales Executive/Sales Associates role is to promote products or services over the phone and email to generate sales, secure appointments, or gather information from potential customers. Key objectives include:
Sales Generation : Drive sales growth by reaching out to prospective customers and converting leads into actual sales. Lead Qualification : Identify and qualify potential customers based on their interest and ability to purchase, ensuring a higher conversion rate. Customer Relationship Building : Establish rapport and build relationships with potential customers, fostering trust and brand loyalty. Market Research : Gather valuable insights and feedback from customers that can inform marketing strategies and improve products or services. Achieving Targets : Meet or exceed set targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and organization. Appointment Setting : Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients, thereby enhancing the sales process. Responsibilities Outbound Calling : Make calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Lead Generation : Identify and qualify leads by gathering information from potential customers. Customer Engagement : Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and schedule appointments or sales visits. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales using customer relationship management (CRM) software. Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback about their experiences with the product or service. Meeting Targets : Work towards achieving daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls, sales, or appointments. Requirements Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate clearly. Persistence : Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Sales Skills: Experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Computer Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills for data entry. Time Management : Strong organizational skills to manage calls and follow-up actions. Qualifications: Fresh graduates of Diploma or Degree or min 1 to 2 years experience in tele-marketing, sales, outbound calling or customer service Moderate proficiency in Business English Communication and Writing Work Environment: Sales Executive/Sales Associates work in an office setting Monday to Friday 9am – 530pm
