We're looking for adedicated and personable Sales Executive/ Sales Associates toengage with potential customers through phone and emailinteraction. Objectives of thisrole The objective of a SalesExecutive/Sales Associates role is to promote products or servicesover the phone and email to generate sales, secure appointments, orgather information from potential customers. Key objectivesinclude:
SalesGeneration: Drive sales growth by reaching out toprospective customers and converting leads into actualsales.LeadQualification: Identify and qualify potentialcustomers based on their interest and ability to purchase, ensuringa higher conversionrate.Customer RelationshipBuilding: Establish rapport and build relationshipswith potential customers, fostering trust and brandloyalty.MarketResearch: Gather valuable insights and feedback fromcustomers that can inform marketing strategies and improve productsor services.AchievingTargets: Meet or exceed set targets and performancemetrics, contributing to the overall success of the sales team andorganization.AppointmentSetting: Schedule appointments for salesrepresentatives to meet with potential clients, thereby enhancingthe sales process.Responsibilities Outbound Calling:Make calls to potential customers to promote products orservices.LeadGeneration: Identify and qualify leads by gatheringinformation from potentialcustomers.CustomerEngagement: Build rapport with customers tounderstand their needs and schedule appointments or salesvisits.RecordKeeping: Maintain accurate records of calls,customer interactions, and sales using customer relationshipmanagement (CRM)software.FeedbackCollection: Gather customer feedback about theirexperiences with the product orservice.MeetingTargets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, ormonthly targets for calls, sales, orappointments.Requirements CommunicationSkills: Excellent verbal communication skills andthe ability to articulateclearly.Persistence:Ability to handle rejection and staymotivated.SalesSkills: Experience in sales or customer service ispreferred.ComputerProficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and basiccomputer skills for dataentry.TimeManagement: Strong organizational skills to managecalls and follow-up actions.Qualifications: Fresh graduates of Diploma or Degree or min 1to 2 years experience in tele-marketing, sales, outbound calling orcustomer service Moderate proficiency inBusiness English Communication and WritingWork Environment: Sales Executive/Sales Associates work in anoffice setting Monday to Friday 9am –530pm
