Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of accounts to achievelong-term success.Develop positiverelationships with clients.Act as the point ofcontact and handle customers' individualneeds.Generate new business using existing andpotential customer networks.Resolve conflictsand provide solutions to customers in a timelymanner.Supervise account representatives toensure increase in sales.Report on the statusof accounts and transactions.Set and tracksales account targets, aligned with companyobjectives.Monitor sales metrics (e.g.quarterly sales results and annualforecasts).Suggest actions to improve salesperformance and identify opportunities forgrowth.Any other ad hocassignment. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Sales AccountManager or Sales Account Executive.Hands onexperience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customerexperience.Knowledge of CRM software and MSOffice (MS Excel in particular).Familiarity ofsales performance metrics.Good communicationand negotiation skills.An ability to deliverprojects and answer inquiries on time.Businessacumen with a problem-solvingattitude.
