Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, experience in the automotive industry is a plus.Strong background in automotive sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and financial reports to make informed decisions.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and senior management.Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and sales challenges effectively.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.Knowledge of automotive products, and industry regulations.
