Sales Manager (Electrical & Aircon Products)We are looking for a Sales Manager to oversee our Electrical and Aircon Products division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:Develop sales plans and coordinate the work of subordinates.
Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance.
Plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency to maintain optimal supply chain operations.
Market assigned products and secure orders to meet budget and targets.
Follow up on collections from sales made to meet collection targets.
Promote the image of the Group and its product line.
Serve existing customers and distributors, maintaining close contact and liaison.
Qualifications:Diploma or Degree in any field.
Previous experience in Sales (Electrical) is preferred.
Customer-oriented and possess a goal-oriented mindset for meeting sales targets.
Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Willing to travel and possess own transport.
