Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive sales initiatives for our clients retail Forex and CFDs online trading platform , focusing on the India market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conversion, retention, and team management , with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share in the financial trading industry.
Candidate must be willing to relocate to Malaysia for this role.
What will you do: 1.
Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the India market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs) , and other key stakeholders.
Oversee and manage the performance of the sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Conversion & Retention: Lead the sales team in converting leads into active traders through effective engagement and onboarding strategies.
Implement innovative client retention initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value and ensure high satisfaction levels.
3. Business Development: Expand the reach of the trading platform by onboarding new IBs and cultivating strategic partnerships.
Identify and capture opportunities to grow market share in the competitive Forex & CFDs space.

Market Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns tailored to the Indian audience.
Stay updated on market trends, client behavior, and competitor activities to refine strategies.

Team Management: Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to excel in their roles.
Monitor team performance, provide actionable feedback, and foster a results-driven culture.
Who are we looking for: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field .
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry with at least 2 years of managing conversion, retention, and sales teams .
Established network of clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs) .
Strong knowledge of Indias financial markets , trading platforms, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
