Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns.Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.Manage and assign yearly Sales Budget/Target. Requirements:  Proven experience in a sales role.Strong understanding of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) is an added advantage.Background in business management/marketing or related field, or sales experience in the pharmaceutical industryExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, independent, open minded and outgoing.Prepare to travel if needed.Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Education: At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or a related field.Benefits: Medical InsuranceYearly BonusYearly Remuneration ReviewCompany Trip
