Prepare invoice for goods to be delivered and generate required shipping documentation
Arrange and monitor shipment delivery via air and ocean freight and take appropriate action if any delays
Promote sales and greet customers
Answer questions on product and service quality in retail, events or through phone
Oversee retail store activities including stock checking, managing stock levels, merchandising displays
Ensure daily operational activities run smoothly including cleanliness, security, timely opening and proper maintenance
Maintain accurate records of expenditures and sales figures
Implement measures to prevent stock damage, theft and wastage in store
Coordinate with warehouse for stock management and arrangement
Manage online sales orders including daily order checks and processing deliveries
In charge to join any company's event if required
Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements
Own personal driving license
Have own transport
Minimum 1-2 years working experience
Experience in Auto Count Accounting System
Can speak Mandarin would be an advantage
