Sales & Operations Support Manager

Who You Are and What You'll Do:
As our Sales & Operations Support Manager, you will work closely with our Customer Development (CD) team on forecast accuracy to build into the volume plan and ensure sufficient stocks for the current month and the following months. You will manage short-term requests from the business and be the key contact for related business requests from the Distributor on the LeverEdge system for Malaysia, working with our Third-Party Support on master data setup.

Reporting to: MYSG Business Operations LeadDirect reports: N/AIndirect reports: N/AYour Role/Key Responsibilities:Forecast Accuracy & Demand
Forecast consolidation from Customer Development (CD) team for the current month and the next 2-3 months.
Ensure all demand phasing sufficiently covers demand for the current month and the following months.
Advise on additional stock requests for current month allocation.
Liaise with Planner and Customer Service for incoming stocks against forecasts and orders.
Share weekly gaps demand vs forecast with the CD team during the monthly meeting and identify gaps for action.
Involve in Customer Development (CD) Planning Meeting.
Manage proprietary & Chains' forecasts and phasing within the shelf-life matrix.
Manage slow-moving and obsolete stocks (SLOB) by highlighting them to the business for appropriate actions.
Support Master Data Maintenance for Price and Hierarchy Product Master Category, Location.
Support business processes for Distributor recruitment and termination.
User acceptance test (UAT) representative for Unilever Food Solutions (UFS).
Key Stakeholders:
Internal: Customer Development, Demand & Supply Planner, Logistic and Distribution, Customer Service
External: Key Chains customers
Travel:5-10% of the time for travelling.
What You'll Need To Succeed:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in business operations, excellence, demand, and supply in Supply Chains.
Solid analytical skills, bias for action, responsibility, and accountability.
Project management skills.
Strong team spirit, proactive approach to issues and opportunities.
