Sales & Operations Support ManagerJob Title: Sales & Operations Support Manager
Work Location: Malaysia
Who You Are and What You'll DoAs our Sales & Operations Support Manager, you will be expected to work closely with our Customer Development (CD) team on forecast accuracy to build into volume plans and ensure demand phasing has sufficient stocks for the current month and the following months. You will manage short-term requests from the business and act as the key contact for related business requests from distributors on the LeverEdge system for Malaysia, working with our Third-Party Support that includes master data setup in the LeverEdge system.

Your Role/Key Responsibilities:Forecast Accuracy & Forecast Demand
Forecast consolidation from the Customer Development (CD) team for the current month and the next 2-3 months.
Ensure all demand phasing sufficiently covers demand for the current month and the following months.
Advise on the additional stock request for the current month for stock allocation.
Liaise regularly with Planner and Customer Service for the incoming stocks against customer forecasts and orders.
Share weekly gaps demand vs forecast to CD team & forecast accuracy during CD monthly meetings and identify gaps for action.
Involve in Customer Development (CD) Planning Meetings.
Manage proprietary & Chains' forecasts and phasing within the shelf-life matrix.
Manage slow-moving and obsolete stocks (SLOB) by highlighting slow and non-moving stocks to the business to generate appropriate actions.
Master Data Maintenance for Price and Hierarchy Product Master Category, Location.
Supporting business processes for Distributor recruitment and termination, business requests from Distributors.
User acceptance test (UAT) representative for Unilever Food Solutions (UFS).
Key Stakeholders:Internal: Customer Development, Demand & Supply Planner, Logistic and Distribution, Customer Service
External: Key Chains customers
Travel:
5-10% of the time for travelling.
What You'll Need To SucceedBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in business operations, business excellence, demand and supply in Supply Chains.
Solid analytical skills, bias for action, responsibility and accountability.
Project management skills.
Strong team spirit, proactive approach to issues and opportunities.
