Responsibilities:
Identify potential sales & market opportunities & position the company's products.
Generate new accounts/sales to meet the monthly sales target.
Provide leadership direction and management of the sales team.
Encourage & motivate the sales team to maximize their full potential and build strong teamwork spirit.
Drive the sales team to achieve Company's goals & objectives and collection targets.
Lead and manage the sales team by recruiting, training & coaching on industry best practices, company SOPs, selling skills & negotiations.
Assist sales specialists in negotiations and deal-closing with potential customers.
Work closely with management to build the pipeline and strategize on how to approach targeted accounts.
Negotiate contracts or tenders with healthcare professionals and follow up persistently until the deal is closed.
Implement national/regional sales programs by developing sales action plans.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical sales.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent teamwork and networking skills.
• Excellent presentation skills with an outgoing and persuasive manner.
• Possess strong analytical, judgment, people management & leadership skills.
• Good follow-through skills, responsible to clients' needs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Good people skills, outgoing, independent & responsible personality with the right attitude.
• Must be able to work under pressure, be self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver good results.
