Sales Specialist

Requirement: Bachelor's degree inMechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a relatedfield.Proven experience in sales orengineering roles specifically related to VRF and chillersystems.In-depth understanding of HVACsystems, particularly VRF and chiller technologies, includingdesign and applications.Strong sales skillswith a track record of achieving sales targets and developingclient relationships.Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills to effectively convey technicalinformation to clients.Familiarity with HVACdesign software and sales tools.Requiresstrong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word &PowerPoint).Willingness to travel for clientmeetings, site assessments, and industry events asneeded.A customer-oriented approach with theability to understand and address client requirementseffectively.Job Description: ProductKnowledgeDemonstrate a deep understanding ofVRF and chiller systems, including technical specifications,features, and benefits.Build and maintainrelationships with clients to understand their HVAC needs andprovide tailored solutions.Prepare detailedproposals and quotations for clients, highlighting the advantagesof selected HVAC systems.Develop and implementsales strategies to achieve targets and drive growth in the VRF andchiller market.Conduct training sessions andworkshops for clients and internal teams on VRF and chillerproducts and applications.Work closely withengineering, project management, and marketing teams to ensurealignment on product offerings and clientexpectations.Oversee project implementation,ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction throughout theprocess.Monitor sales performance and preparereports to forecast trends, track progress, and informmanagement.
