Job Responsibilities:Supervise, Lead and Motivate Retail Team at Beauty Store
Recruit, Train and Coach Beauty Consultants
Lead Retail Team to Hit Store Sales Target & KPIs
Establish Customer Loyalty through delivery of excellent customer service
Ensure Smooth Running of Daily Operations (planning of duty roster, staff performance, cash till, housekeeping, merchandise display etc)
Inventory Management – ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
Maintain good conduct, comply with instructions, policies and regulations
Work closely with VMD and marketing on beauty store animation and updates
Requirements:2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry
Fresh Graduatesare encouraged to apply
Supervisory experience in managing a sales team
