Saute Chef / Kitchen Hand

Assist with Kitchen and Floor space planning, development and fitting out works.
Assist with Menu and SOP developments.
Assist with procurement of relevant products.
Retail Operational Phase
Oversee interactions / interact with customers.
Manage designated areas i.e kitchen / juice bar / fresh produce section.
Execute Menu and SOP requirements.
Monitor and manage stock and inventory levels and make key decisions about stock control.
Assist in analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes.
Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry.
Assist in dealing with staffing issues: interviewing potential staff; conducting appraisals and performance reviews; and providing or organizing training and development.
Find new ways to improve products and customer service.
