SECRETARY (PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT)
Responsibilities: Ensure efficient secretarial services and confidential management of all support functions for the Head of Department.Ensure timely, effective administration support services to the HOD, Executives and staff of the department.Ensure effective management of the HOD's diary and scheduling of appointments.Ensure timely and accurate handling of inwards and outwards mail including documentation of departmental decisions and policies.Ensure effective meeting management.Ensure a cooperative and positive relationship with internal and external customers.Ensure the contribution towards compliance with all relevant legislation.Ensure the contribution towards creating a good image for PBAPP as an efficient water supply corporation.Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Secretarial Studies and approved by Malaysian GovernmentExperience in related field is an advantage.Possess strong sense of responsibility and ability to maintain confidentiality.Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa MalaysiaGood computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.High level of integrity, diplomacy and self-motivated.Willing to accept advise, guidance and feedback from others.Fresh graduates are encouraged to applyPositions offered is contract for one ( 1 ) year prior to the absorption into permanent posts and subject to job performance.  Interested candidates are encouraged to APPLY ONLINE together with updated particulars - full personal particulars, qualifications and experience, stating present and expected salary, contact number together with a recent photograph on or before 1 NOVEMBER 2024 Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
