Semi Senior Corporate Secretary

Handling of a full range of corporate secretarial services and matters.
Ensure timely and proper execution of statutory compliance duties including preparation and arranging for prescribed returns and forms to meet the requirements of Malaysia Companies Act 2016 and other relevant laws.
Ensure proper maintenance of all statutory and secretarial documents.
Maintain good communication with all aspects of clients' issues.
Attend to other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements
Associate member of MAICSA or equivalent.
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a relevant field (offshore company registration experience will be a plus point).
Self-motivating, mature, and pleasant personality.
