Senior Account Executive (Kelana Jaya)

Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts together with financial analysis.Ensure timely submission of monthly financial reports.Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of financial data and reports.Review financial results and variance analysis against budget and forecast.Prepare yearly budget & forecast.Monitor and track company cash flow.Liaison with bankers, auditor, tax agent, company secretary & etc. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.Able to handle full set accounts, cash flows and budgets.At least 3-5 years working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the property development industry. Must be able to work independently under tight schedules and multi-task.Working knowledge of IFCA Software System for Property Development will be an advantage.Good team player.
