Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Handle travel arrangement (flight ticket and accommodation booking).
Handle VIP reception arrangement (transport and restaurant booking).
In charge of company vehicle and driver management, including but not limited to driver's schedule, OT report, parking claim etc.
Monitor and renew road tax and insurance of company motorbikes.
Handle abandoned shipment (break bulk, recording, selling etc).
Manage company fixed asset, including but not limited to asset monitoring, asset movement, asset count etc.
Handle meeting room booking, office cleanliness maintenance, office parking, office supplies replenishment at boardroom, pantry etc.
Assist in document signing arrangement with Director and GM.
In charge group email ownership to do email announcement whenever necessary.
Act as liaison point for AMEC and MCMC.
Assist in business license application or renewal if necessary.
Prepare GA cost analysis.
JOB REQUIREMENT
A Diploma or Degree in any field.
At least 3 years of working experience in administrative and facilities management.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of business licensing processes and government compliance will be added advantage.
Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in Mandarin (both verbal and written) is preferred.
