As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients through forming insights based on client needs, acquired expertise, and interpretation of data and statistical analysesIndependently manage projects and lead modules under guidance of senior consultants in the area of employee rewards, executive compensation, corporate governance, performance, organization effectiveness and sales incentive design projects.Develop and maintain trusted client relations through regular and proactive communications Provide support in data solution services whenever required which includes but not limited to data collection, data validation and auditing as well as report delivery.Present results, solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to client project management teams.Assist in the development of proposals and acquisition of new clientsSupport thought leadership through proactively seeking out new knowledge and uncovering market trendsSkills and experience that will lead to successMinimum of Bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Human Resource or related field with a strong finance background)2 – 3 years of relevant experience in the human resources field specializing in the areas of Performance & Rewards Management as well as Corporate Governance.
