Senior Assistant Manager, Hospital Development and Operations Senior Assistant Manager, Hospital Development and Operations We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as the Hospital Planning and Operations Senior/Assistant Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning and establishing a new hospital, as well as overseeing the management of designated clinical services across the care continuum.
Responsibilities: Maintain a good understanding of daily clinic operations. Lead the strategic planning and setup of a new hospital facility, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and healthcare standards. Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics, resource allocation, and timelines for the successful launch of the new hospital. Manage project budget, tracking and reporting variances. Identify, evaluate, and procure equipment and technology required for hospital operations. Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones. Devise innovative strategies and workflow enhancements to continually improve the patient care journey. Handle administrative matters pertaining to assigned service points. Manage patient feedback and monthly statistical reports. Participate in committees and other assigned tasks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 3 years' healthcare industry experience.
