Your responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing sustainable talent pipelines, as well as attracting top-tier talent and fostering diversity across all organizational levels.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:You will partner with the local leaders to understand the strategic growth plans to successfully deliver recruitment strategies, while ensuring a positive experience for our candidates and hiring teams.
You will utilize market intelligence data to develop robust recruitment strategies tailored to each location in both experienced and early career roles.
You will be responsible for driving activities that enhance proactive sourcing efforts to increase the number of quality candidates through networking, competitive sourcing, referrals, early careers etc.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging recruitment trends.
You will support in implementing Talent Acquisition related tools and optimizing processes and keep track of talent market trends and competitors' measures.As you grow in your role you will:Lead a team of recruiters and sourcers (based regionally) to deliver exceptional results through a collaborative leadership style that both inspires and motivates.
