Responsibilities Provide training to our HoReCa customers,showing them how to use Yummy Joy products and create high-qualitydrinks.Demonstrate proper drink-makingtechniques to ensure our products are served in the bestway.Build good relationships with customersand answer their questions about ourproducts.Help create training materials to fitcustomer needs.Stay updated on drink trendsand new products to improve trainingcontent.Act as a brand ambassador, promotingYummy Joy's products and maintaining our highstandards. .
Requirements At least 2 years of experience as a barista,bartender, or in the F&Bindustry.Experience in training or guidingothers is a plus.Experience with social mediais an added advantage.Good knowledge ofcoffee, tea, and other beverage-makingtechniques.Strong communication and peopleskills; able to engage well withcustomers.Able to work in a fast-pacedenvironment and as part of a team.Ability toTravel: Willing to travel to client sites asrequired. .
