DOO you have what it takes?
What you'll be working on:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
Support customers' financial investment needs, including opening trading accounts and inquiries about financial products such asstocks, futures, funds , etc.
Provide financial product training to customers and sales personnel.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues and handle complaints.
Summarize customer feedback to improve service quality.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Banking or any other related majors are preferred.
Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in supporting clients' inquiries in Financial Services/Stockbroking/ Securities Operations, Investment Banking, or Funds Services Operations are preferred.
Proven fintech, banking, or financial industry expertise, with a strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulations.
We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
