Job Description- Plan and Organize: Figuring out the best way to make the products, including planning how much of each part is needed and how to assemble everything efficiently.
- Fix Problems: If something goes wrong during production, working to fix it quickly so that the factory can keep making products without big delays.
- Improve Processes: Looking for ways to make production better, faster, and cheaper, but still keep the quality of the products high.
- Ensure Safety: Making sure that the workplace is safe for everyone and that the machines are used correctly.
- Communicate with clients in the Netherlands.
QualificationsRequirementMust:
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Any Fields.
- Having 7 years working experience as a Production Engineer in an EMS company or manufacturer of electrical components.
- Being able to read electronic circuits.Advantage:
- Having Management experience.
Additional Information- EPF, SOCSO provided.
- AL: 10 days (first year), after that additional 2 days every year (Maximum 20 days).
- MC: 14 days (first year), after that additional 4 days every year (Maximum 22 days).
- Transportation allowance: RM100-200/month depending on range.
