It aims to equip professionals with advanced skills in aesthetic procedures and health optimization practices.
Job Overview: Our Client is seeking for an Senior Executive - BD, Sales & Marketing to focus on overseeing international business development activities, including collaborating with third-party marketing agencies, creating country-specific business plans, and identifying growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing strategies to enhance sales, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing guidance to staff while maintaining communication with the Director.
Responsibilities: To communicate with third party marketing agencies and to and overlook their activities.
Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities.
Develop individual business plans for each country.
Administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and market development activities.
Analyze business strategies and develop improvement plans to provide appropriate growth to business.
Manage all development process and ensure compliance to government policies and regulations.
Assist businesses to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to enhance same.
Design plans to achieve all objectives and develop plans for new business.
Train and provide guidance to staff members and business development issues.
Coordinate with management team and maintain budgets and participate in every fortnightly conference.
Analyze business and review future prospective for same.
Prepare and implement various capture methods for business development.
Review competitor plans and effect of products and services in management.
Prepare pricing strategies according to customer budgets and procurement methods.
Maintain all communication with Director.
Evaluate market trends and provide appropriate support to product development.
Requirements: Qualification: Bachelors degree in marketing or business development.
Working experience: Proven working experience as a business development (senior executive), sales executive or a relevant role Good communication skills - written and verbal.
Good computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office suite and CRM.
Time management and planning skills.
Knowledge in search engines, social media campaign, email campaign, text-messaging applications and related marketing tools.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
