Senior Executive, Company Secretarial, Legal & ComplianceProvide crucial legal support on corporate governance and commercial laws.
Assist with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, SOPs, and company policies.
Schedule and organize compliance programs and training to build legal awareness across the company.
Conduct compliance checks to ensure adherence to internal policies and SOPs.
Manage legal and secretarial documentation for overseas subsidiaries.
Identify and mitigate potential legal and compliance risks.
Summarize contracts, highlighting key points and potential risks for better business decisions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
At least 3 years of legal experience, ideally in a legal firm or an in-house legal department.
A solid understanding of company, commercial, and civil procedures.
Bonus points for experience in building and construction projects with knowledge of industry-standard contracts (e.g., PAM, IEM, FIDIC).
Strong attention to detail, especially in contract preparation and review.
