Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales support service activities.
Prioritize tasks and assign support team to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and that customer service agreements are fulfilled.
In this role, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems.
Supervise sales support team and provide adequate coaching/training to ensure consistent quality of support.
Provide data and guides to help the sales team.
Develop and monitor sales performance indicators.
Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
Keep record of sales trends.
Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.
Review pending orders and specific customer's requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
Suggest sales support process improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
A degree in the related job field.
At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
Willing to relocate to the job location.
