Senior Finance Executive

Job Descriptions/ Key Responsibilities:
BHS Integrated Solutions Sdn Bhd (Malaysia)
Prepare full set of accounts.
Handle daily accounting operations for AR and AP, including data entry, issuing invoices, and processing suppliers' invoices.
Perform Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Closing & Reporting activities (such as monthly reporting and annual budgeting).
Perform cash flow management activities.
Liaise with external auditors as part of the year-end annual audit, including timely preparation of Audited Financial Statements/Reports.
Prepare and file SST and withholding tax.
Support and contribute to business process improvement initiatives in the organization (e.g., new ERP systems, process improvements, automation, etc.).
Assist in the implementation of the new ERP system, including data migration and parallel run testing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Any other ad hoc projects assigned by management.
Obtain Diploma qualification in a relevant discipline or similar.
Job Requirements:
Preferably at least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, team player, and willing to learn.
