Job Description Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on the OPEX for APAC business organizations and build business commentaries for Monthly Budget vs Actual and Forecast.Perform analysis on spending trends for APAC business organizations.Monitor forecasting accuracy, develop measurable indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes of unexpected variances.Acquired budget management skills such as monitoring and controlling the APAC business organization estimates and preparing annual budgets.?Support Dept change, creation and estimate effort % updates in EPM.Support Budget loading in EPMSupport monthly financial closing and manual adjustments bookingClose collaboration with the respective Dept Managers, Business Budget Champions in driving budget control efficiency.Close collaboration with the respective Organization Managers, Operation Leads, Finance Controllers, and Directors for the International Finance Review.Continuous drive efficiency opportunities such as reporting & actively contributing to cross-functional initiativesAny other dept related requests & ad hoc reporting#LI-TK1Basic RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university or collegeMore than 5 years of experience performing various finance rolesMust be a self-starter who can work independently, attention to detail, and be comfortable with ambiguity and interface with all relevant internal teams and external business partners at all timesAbility to manage tasks with high complexities, and tight deadlines, work on multiple assignments, and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environmentExcellent communication, collaboration skills, and ability to conceptualizeExcellent time management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skillsFlexibility to work beyond regular working hoursAdvanced MS Excel & Google Sheet experience is a plusKnowledge of Oracle & Business Intelligence tools (Tableau is desirable)Travel RequirementsUnder 10%Relocation ProvidedNonePosition TypeExperiencedReferral Payment PlanNoEEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
