The position act as Team lead for HR & Admin department leading the team member to execute full Human Resources & Admin functions of the company to include payroll, recruitment, training, communications, compliance, safety and occupational health, labor relations, security and full administrative functions
Roles & Responsibilities: Acting as Senior in the Department, together with payroll executive, leading and guiding the HR team members handling full spectrum of the HR & Admin functions for the Company including benefits & compensation (payroll), recruitments (both local and foreign worker), foreign workers management, training, industrial relations, employee relations and welfare, and other administration job.Responsible for effective foreign workers recruitments and management including hostels, permits renewal, foreign workers welfare, etcTo assist payroll executive in payroll process and other related BEN & COM matters.Administer HR related documentation, such as contracts of employment, ensuring all documentation in compliance with Local Regulatory and Company PolicyHandling Employee's disciplines and related IR matters.Develop and recommend plans and activities to improve on the current HR system and process development.To undertake all activities relating to Employee welfare, service & benefits including insurance coverage and employee claims.Responsible to execute effective training and development plans and courses arrangement based on the training plan.Any other task assigned by superior Job Requirements / Qualification :- Preferably candidates with a minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource or equivalent.Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia. Preference to be given to Mandarin SpeakerProven work experience for 8 years and above as HR & Admin Executive in manufacturing environment.Independent, resourceful and responsible. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multi -task.In-depth knowledge of HR best practices across all facets of HR, employment laws, and regulations.Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, including coaching, mentoring and performance evaluation.Experience HR Executives who are ready to be groom to head the HR & Admin Department are encouraged to apply
