Job Details: Purpose / Summary: The Compensation and Benefits – To manages the organization's compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and compliance with legal requirements. Able to analyze, compensation data, evaluate job positions and incentive programs. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and wellness initiatives. The C&B person also provides guidance to management on compensation strategy and policy. The Occupational Health Nurse (OH Nurse) - promoting and maintaining the health and safety of employees within a workplace. They provide direct patient care, health assessments, and medical surveillance programs to prevent and manage occupational injuries and illnesses. The OH Nurse collaborates with employers, employees, and other healthcare professionals to promote a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with regulatory standards. Major Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Compensation & Benefits Administer and maintain employee benefits programs, such as red alert, Insurance AIA, Food panda, Birthday card and long Service award. Collaborate with HR team members and external consultants on compensation projects and initiatives. Monitor and analyse trends in benefits and propose adjustments as needed. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned. Safety & Occupational Health Manage management of First Aid Rooms, first aider developments as well as maintenance of first aid equipment Provide treatment for minor ailments and provide first aid treatment to injuries, follow up and referrals and emergency care for job related injuries and illness. Responsible for medical examination arrangement and maintain record to make sure comply with requirement. Involve in development of continuous learning and competency for the entire First Aid team and on during the annual fire and incident drills. Collaborate with HR, facilities management, and other departments to promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures. Stay informed about current and emerging OSH regulations, standards, and industry best practices. HR representative in the safety committee and all other OSH Committee related initiatives. Co-lead for health programmes such as medical surveillance, audiometry and ergonomics. Support employee engagement activities in the Company Qualifications / Experience: Must have registered Nurse (RN) License/ Valid APC (Annual Practicing Certificate) Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in any field related to Nursing Minimum 4 Years working experience in industry.
