We are looking for:
Senior HR Executive (Payroll)Industry:Manufacturer
Location:Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Job Description:Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Manage employee benefits, deductions, and HRIS updates.
Develop payroll policies and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Provide support for payroll queries and conduct audits.
Job Requirements:Degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.
5+ years in payroll management, with multinational experience.
Payroll certification (e.g., CPP) preferred.
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, Excel, and HRIS.
Summary of Role Requirements:
Flexible hours available
2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
Working rights required for this role
Expected salary: RM5,000 - RM6,500 per month
