SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE (Proficiency in Chinese is preferred)Responsibilities:
Manage and execute the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, reviewing, interviewing, selecting, conducting pre-hiring activities and pre-employment checks, and negotiating offers with successful candidates.
Oversee all stages of the employment lifecycle, from onboarding to the offboarding process.
Prepare contracts and HR-related documents for newly recruited employees.
Payroll:
Fully responsible for monthly payroll processing using HR2000 Quick Pay System.
Handle payroll statutory matters: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDF and monthly/salary-related issues.
Prepare annual EA form and income tax filing.
Ensure salary revisions, staff movements, and updates prior to and following each salary cycle.
General HR Duties:
Monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality, manage leave applications, and prepare weekly attendance reports.
Address employee relations matters, including attendance issues, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
Issue letters including promotion, increment, probation extension, termination, disciplinary, show cause, and warning letters.
Collaborate with external agents to facilitate the processing of work permits for foreign employees.
Maintain and update employee records, leaves, and HR documents.
Administer the establishment of HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance while overseeing training and development.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in an HR role.
Familiarity with the employment act.
Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
High level of confidentiality, responsibility, self-motivation, self-discipline, and good interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
