Job ResponsibilitiesSourcing candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions in collaboration with management.
Liaising with immigration and recruitment agencies for hiring foreign workers.
Mediating conflicts and facilitating resolution between employees and management.
Identifying training needs and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting.
Monitoring performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and productivity.
Managing end-to-end payroll processing for the employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
Leave/attendance management by timely checking on daily attendance and reporting.
Preparation and timely submission of statutory documents & payments to relevant government authorities, e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN etc.
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
Preparing monthly HR reports and analytics for management review.
Managing payroll processes and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
