Senior Human Resources cum Finance ExecutiveAbout the roleSound Environment Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources cum Finance Executive to join our team in Iskandar Puteri Johor.
This full-time position is a key role within our organisation, overseeing the management of our human resources and finance functions.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing effective human resource policies, procedures and programs
Managing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and employee relations
Overseeing the company's payroll, benefits administration and compliance with labour laws and regulations
Maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and handling accounts payable and receivable
Preparing financial reports and providing financial advice to management
Supporting the business with ad-hoc finance and HR-related projects and initiatives
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a combined HR and finance role, preferably within the industrial or engineering sector
Strong understanding of Malaysian employment legislation and HR best practices
Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, reporting and analysis
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with employees at all levels
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficiency in MS Office applications
