Details of the offer

Responsibility



-Prepare 3D perspective drawings according to client requirements.


-Prepare Elevation drawings according to client requirements.


-Select construction materials based on client budget.


-Provide consultation to clients on design theory and advice.


-Present / propose design solutions to internal stakeholders and clients.


-Coordinate and collaborate with Project Management and Contract / QS team for proposals.

-Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or any related field.


-Minimum 5-7 years of interior design experience with a strong project portfolio.


-Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or 3Ds Max.


-Ability to manage multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.


-Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes.


-Great communication and team player skills.


-Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
