Senior Legal Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice to the Company on operational matters, including areas of contract negotiations, product disclosures, etc.
This includes negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, power of attorney, indemnity, affidavit, and various types of agreements, drafting and verifying legal documents, handling arbitration/litigation cases if required.
Identify new and emerging legal and regulatory issues and provide advice related to restructuring strategic business decisions.
Prepare, draft, vet, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
Ensure that the organization has adhered to the constitution and by-laws, as well as the laws and regulations of Malaysia.
Provide day-to-day legal support to management and various departments.
Identify and assess legal issues and risks arising from the Company's commitments and transactions, advise on the legal impact, and formulate appropriate resolutions.
Provide and coordinate legal solutions in line with the Company's commercial requirements and strategies.
Conduct legal research on various topics in different jurisdictions.
Manage the dispute resolution process.
Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
