We are looking for a dynamic and experienced litigation executive to support ourDispute Resolutionpractice group.
The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation experience, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to handling day-to-day legal matters.

It is purely anadministrative jobwhich requires a level ofspecialised experience .
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive litigation support to the Dispute Resolution team, ensuring all documents, pleadings, and cause papers are filed, managed, and organised in a timely manner.
Draft, review, and comment on legal documents with a high level of proficiency.
Liaise effectively with process servers, court interpreters, counterparties' solicitors, and government officials on day-to-day litigation matters.
Manage document control, correspondence, calendar scheduling, and maintain court minutes.
Conduct searches such as insolvency, land, credit, and company searches, ensuring accurate and thorough results.
Oversee the end-to-end management of foreclosure proceedings, including post-auction processes.
Handle execution proceedings, including but not limited to Bankruptcy, Winding-up, and Writ of Seizure and Sale.
Maintain proper records of all file correspondences, emails, faxes, and documentation, ensuring an efficient filing system.
Conduct legal research, prepare and compile legal documents as required.
Provide essential support to partners and associates in delivering exceptional service to clients.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of solid experience in litigation administration.
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognised academic institution.
SPM/Diploma holders with a minimum of 6-7 years of litigation clerk/executive experience are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in litigation is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to use IT resources effectively and quickly.
Proven team player with a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, eagerness to learn and with excellent time management skills.
