Senior Manager, Human Resources & Administration
Responsibilities:
Manage, execute and oversee all HR, Admin and Talent Management matters of AYER Holdings Berhad and its subsidiary companies.
Develop, implement and manage the Group's HR functions, policies, procedures and programmes in line with the Group's strategy, business plans and budgets.
Ensure effective operations of the Group's Administration functions.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits
Manage and oversee the effective and efficient management of HR functions within the Group, providing leadership on matters related to Recruitment, On-boarding, Retention and Succession Planning.
Drive HR initiatives in alignment with the Group's corporate and business plans focusing on enhancing Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.
Lead, manage and implement the performance management system and drive the performance management culture at all levels.
Develop and implement best practices for Recruitment processes, On-Boarding, and Talent planning.
Manage Administration scope of work including outsourced services and vendor management.
Talent Retention & Succession Processes:
Lead employee engagement programs and training & development programs.
Conduct bi-annual employee engagement e-surveys, Townhall meetings, and CSR activities.
Perform Job Profiling, Gap Analysis, and determine training needs.
Improve the Group's competency assessment system.
Implement Succession Planning processes for talent sustainability.
Payroll and Governance:
Supervise payroll, compensation and benefits planning, including group insurance schemes.
Manage HRA processes for good governance.
Review and implement the Company's Employee Handbook annually.
Advise Senior Management on HR strategies and budget.
Handle industrial relation (IR) issues and advise management on strategies.
Assist in overall management of the Group in delegated assignments.
Carry out any other assignments delegated by Management.
Requirements:
A recognized degree in any discipline.
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR initiatives including talent engagement, recruitment, retention, IR, and Compensation and Benefits.
At least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Tech-savvy with good command of English (spoken and written).
Strong conflict resolution skills, integrity, and attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
