Senior Manager/ Manager, Products Operations ManagementPrimarily involved in parameter management, system development and project support including review the parameter setting, planning and manage systems according to user requirements and ICBC Head Office instructions.
Perform feasibility study, analysis, maintenance and implementation of parameters request.
Ensure the existing parameters align with business growth and that the results of the parameter setting fulfill user requirements before implementation.
Provide guidance and assistance to branches/business units on the effect of system operations on parameter setting and/or any system application operational issues.
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of the system life cycle for system enhancement.
Identify, analyze and recommend appropriate solutions to resolve system issues.
Undertake to perform system testing and implement new products, system functions, and system enhancements in respect of branch operations.
Ensure system and parameter setting for financial year-end closing is according to ICBC Head Office requirements, timelines, and plans.
Ensure strict compliance with the Bank, BNM, other regulators, and ICBC Head Office's Policy, Procedure and Manual (PPM) issued from time to time.
Be primarily responsible for managing compliance risk inherent in day-to-day activities, processes, and systems for which it is accountable.
Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required by Head of Department and/or Senior Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, accounting or equivalent from a reputable university.
At least 5 to 8 years of experience in core banking systems. Preferably familiar with banking products and operations of the banking industry. Experience with project management and system development life cycle would be an added advantage.
Capability to work independently and perform multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.), data management, and basic programming skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
