Job Summary:The incumbent is responsible to support the Director in ensuring the efficient and timely administration for the organisation's overall rewards, performance management systems, and ensuring seamless payroll operations including HR governance and initiatives to support the organization's goals and employee satisfaction.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :Compensation & Benefits: Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs that align with the company's objectives and industry standards. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.
Performance Management: Develop, implement, and oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms to drive high performance and employee engagement.
Payroll Management: Lead and manage payroll processing operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local and international regulations.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends.
Policy Development: Create and update HR policies related to rewards, performance, and payroll to ensure they are current, competitive, and compliant with laws and regulations.
Technology and Innovation: Leverage HR technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Implement and manage HRIS and other relevant platforms to support HR functions.
Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team members to enhance their skills and drive performance. Ensure a positive and collaborative team environment.
Analytics and Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on HR metrics related to compensation, performance, and payroll. Use data to drive continuous improvement and optimize HR strategies.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for compensation, benefits, and payroll operations.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on HR-related issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
JOB SPECIFICATION:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on rewards, performance, and payroll.
Knowledge/ Incumbent Characteristics: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of HR principles. Meticulous with the ability to commit to deadlines. Keen to learn and self-motivated with strong drive to succeed. Resourceful and highly agile and adaptable. Competent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Words etc.
