You are responsible to ensure 24/7 line operations without any equipment issues, able to meet Safety, Quality, Production planning and desired equipment reliability.
You will also develop, control, direct and plan medium-term plans for the equipment reliability, operational security and plant improvement projects in a safe and efficient manner.
What You'll Do
Able to follow company Safety requirements and always work safe.
Understand equipment and processes of all production lines and able to perform good troubleshooting with good data/failed part analysis to deliver total solution to resolve equipment issues.
Strong RCA process.
Deliver performance KPIs especially Safety, OEE, Uptime, Unscheduled Delay, Planned downtime (Preventive Maintenance completion), team morale and discipline, and practice PDCA process.
Continue to improve Conditional Base Monitoring for all critical components, support data analytics and monitoring for continual targeted performance/center line.
Able to manage Preventive Maintenance jobs per planned time and cost in a safe manner including contractor management.
Supports continuous improvements in the production.
Supports sustainability efforts including chemical waste management.
Able to learn new tools and be creative as part of the team in digitalization.
A good team player.
Share technical knowledge with Engineers and Technicians through personnel coaching and organized training sessions.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Post graduate studies in either Maintenance Management or Reliability Engineering is highly desired.
At least 8 years of mechanical engineering role in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in the maintenance of continuous process equipment in the Steel, Paper or Aluminum industry is highly desired.
Experience as a project engineer in equipment upgrade and construction and commissioning of similar heavy industry plant is an added advantage.
