Senior Project Manager

Project LeadershipLead large-scale, complex projects end-to-end, maintain project roadmaps, manage budgets, and conduct risk assessments while aligning with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationBuild strong stakeholder relationships, communicate project progress, and implement change management strategies for successful process adoption.
Continuous Improvement & Resource ManagementIdentify and drive process improvements, lead project closure activities, mentor project managers, and oversee resource allocation and user acceptance testing.
The Successful ApplicantMinimum 7-10 years in project management, preferably within Shared Services (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) especially for Finance scope.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or relevant certification preferred.
Proven expertise in leading cross-functional projects and managing complex project portfolios.
Strong financial and strategic planning skills with experience managing large budgets.
Excellent communication and change management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Familiarity with project management systems.
