Role Overview:
Recruitment consultants play a vital role between clients and candidates.
They utilize sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business from clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Visiting clients to build and develop relationships.
Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, and work culture.
Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates, and build relationships with candidates and employers.
Headhunting - identifying and approaching passive candidates.
Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, value billed to clients, or business leads generated.
Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
Tracking applicants and billings through the internal applicant tracking system (Training will be provided).
Requirements:
Self-driven and sales-oriented.
Ambitious, mature, and self-motivated.
Able to work under pressure to achieve sales targets.
Candidates with corporate sales experience are welcome to apply.
Excellent spoken and written communication in English.
Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment/payroll.
