Senior Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Manager (WFH)We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Manager to join our team.
Lead and manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation and placement.
Oversee job postings, resume screening, candidate interviews, and client meetings.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through market research and client outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing their recruitment projects and ensuring satisfaction.
Develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet client needs and industry trends.
Analyze industry trends and market insights to develop effective recruitment strategies.
Provide clients with advice on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
Prepare regular performance reports and track recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness.
Collaborate with the management team to refine recruitment processes and strategies.
Requirements
Preferably at least 3 years of experience in the related field.
Possess a strong interest in the recruitment industry.
In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and client requirements.
Excellent ability to engage with clients and/or candidates, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented, with a focus on meeting KPIs and achieving sales targets.
Sales driven, self-motivated, independent and strong team player.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage to liaise with different clients and candidates.
Basic + Commission.
Full time 5 Days (9am-6pm) Work from home.
