A European Global MNC and a leading provider of Failure Analysis services seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth and expansion in Malaysia
Job Summary:
We're looking for a result-driven Senior Sales Engineer to grow the Failure Analysis services and sales in Malaysia and the region countries. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic functional teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities: 
Drive business development and sales growth in Malaysia Identify and understands customer needs, developing tailored solutions Participate in lead generation activities (workshops, tradeshows, events) Develop sales presentations and materials Collaborate with technical and operations teams to develop new service capabilitiesBuild and strengthen clients, prospect, and partner relationships Negotiate projects, pricing strategies, and realization with ASEAN business units and strategic partners  Requirements:
BSc in Engineeringminimum 3 years of industry experience in Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Construction & ManufacturingKnowledge & experience in failure analysis services such as mechanical testing, surface testing, thermal analyses, PCB evaluation, Polymeric materials testing, reliability assessment, Metal failure, metallography, Nondestructive testing etc. Dynamic self-starter with sound business judgment Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and people management skills
