Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to adapt sales strategies and identify opportunities for product development and market growth.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including metrics such as revenue, market share, and customer acquisition. Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our frozen beef and lamb products, including quality standards, sourcing, and processing methods. Communicate product benefits and differentiators to clients effectively.
Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and distributors. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the meat or frozen food industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
